The tension between the momentary, the fading and the transient and the physical and mental traces that time leaves in the material is found in the depth of Einat Arif-Galanti's work and is also present in the body of work displayed in her new solo exhibition at Koresh 14 Gallery. This tension is concretely and metaphorically embodied in the concept of the 'medium', whose range of artistic, instrumental and spiritual meanings unfolds between and within the collections of photographic, video and print works presented here for the first time.
